I work primarily with teens and young adults (ages 13-27) creating a space to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Everyone is welcome here—no matter your race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.
In your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing. It's our time to get to know each other and start to gain more insight on what kind of support you're needing.
It’s recommended to come to therapy weekly in the beginning to help build consistency and trust. This gives us space to understand what’s happening in your life and create meaningful progress together. The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals — while many clients attend weekly, others may come less often. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that supports your growth.
I offer both in person sessions and virtual sessions. I have an office in Burbank, CA where I see clients 2 times a week and offer virtual sessions to clients in California and Colorado.
I am cash pay/private pay only. Since I am an out of network provider, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. More info about this on the "Fees" page. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
This is a great question! Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of how it feels to talk with me. If you enjoy our conversation, our first few sessions will focus on building trust and connection. My priority is that you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself — that connection matters most.
