I am an out-of-network, private-pay provider and do not accept insurance at this time.
While using insurance may seem convenient, private pay offers several key benefits:
- More Personalized Care – Your therapy is tailored specifically to you, without the limitations or restrictions set by insurance companies.
- Greater Flexibility – You have control over the length, frequency, and focus of our sessions, ensuring your needs are prioritized.
- Complete Confidentiality – Insurance companies require diagnoses and detailed treatment records, which can impact privacy. With private pay, your information stays between us.
- No Insurance Hassles – No need to worry about denied claims, session limits, or unexpected out-of-pocket costs dictated by your insurance provider.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I do provide super bills for you to send to your insurance. You may be eligible for partial reimbursement—check with your provider to explore your options.

Individual Sessions

Choosing the right therapist is important, and I want to make sure I am a good fit for your needs. I offer a **free 15-minute phone consultation** where we can briefly discuss what you're looking for in therapy, my approach, and any questions you may have. This is a no-pressure opportunity to see if working together feels right for the both of us.
Initial Intake Session
$225
This initial intake session is used to complete a thorough biopsychosocial assessment, collecting all important information on the client and their history. This can take anywhere from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. For example, when working with teens, it is important to be able to talk with parents as well and get their perspective, too! Fees are priced accordingly.
Individual Session
$175
Once the initial intake is complete, we are ready to begin our sessions! Individual sessions are between 50-60 minutes depending on client needs.
Additional Time (every extra 30 minutes)
$50
If a client is wanting to extend session to 90 minutes, an extra $50 will be added to the regular individual session fee.
Sliding Scale
Upon Request
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for folks who need financial support. If cost is a barrier, we can talk about a rate that feels more manageable for a set period of time. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I’m always open to a conversation about what works best for you.
Cancelation Policy
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time and commitment to therapy are important, and so is mine. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I have a **24-hour cancellation policy**.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the session** will be charged the full session fee of **$175**—this applies to both late cancellations and no-shows.
- Every client is allotted **one “freebie”**—meaning your **first** late cancellation will not incur a fee. After that, the full cancellation policy applies.
